GDPR Consent 

Your privacy is important to us, and we want to communicate with clients in a way which has their consent, and which is in line with UK law on data protection. As a result of a change in UK law, we now need your consent to how we contact you and store your personal data. We will not store your data for more than 7 years. We will not share your personal data except in certain limited situations, such as where required to do so by law or to protect members of the public from serious harm. Confidentiality

The content of our sessions are confidential. If I consult with a colleague your details will be unidentifiable. I may need to break confidentiality If am deeply concerned that you or another person is at significant risk of harm, but where possible I will endeavour to make you aware before any action is taken.

It may be necessary for me to break confidentiality by talking
to someone if;
A. You give me your consent to share your information ie) mum, GP
B. I am compelled to break that confidence by a court of law, child protection or the terrorism
act.
C. The information you give me is potentially about the harm to self or others or in extreme cases of crime.
