Getting Started with Online Therapy

  1. Book a Consultation: We can arrange your first session to fit around you which lasts 50 minutes or you may prefer to have a brief chat for 10 minutes on the phone before committing - both is fine! S
  2. Create a Comfortable Space: All you need is a private, quiet space with a stable internet connection to begin your therapy sessions.
  3. Ongoing Support: We’ll set up recurring sessions at a time that works for you. You can reach out between sessions if needed and i will see what additional availability I have.

Flexible Sessions: I offer sessions via video calls, phone calls, or messaging – whichever feels most comfortable for you.
